Hello, Whow! If Intel needs money, then why don't they change the OT compensation policy. OT is phenomenon, business cannot write it off. My Engineering Manager's brother working with Intel as Chip Designer. The guy is an exempt employee status but also get paid for OT time. This is bizzard. I know defense companies do it because their customers usually have money. Why a well know international company stoop so low? Regards, MCao [ July 01, 2003: Message edited by: Matt Cao ]
