Intel sued the operator of this web page for sending email to his old collegues at Intel. Intel lost in the California Supreme Court. IMO, the web site is an interesting rant.

If Intel needs money, then why don't they change the OT compensation policy. OT is phenomenon, business cannot write it off.
My Engineering Manager's brother working with Intel as Chip Designer. The guy is an exempt employee status but also get paid for OT time. This is bizzard. I know defense companies do it because their customers usually have money.
Why a well know international company stoop so low?
