No
Yes, x, y or z
Yes, the standard used by the company I work(ed) for (which is...)
My company happens to follow a mix of Java standards by Vermeulen, et al and some of its own rules.

Hi people I need a help with a interview question please give me some suggestions and how to go about to answer this question
Given a task that needs to be delivered on an undeliverable time frame, what actions, if any, would you take to complete the task?

Huh ?
Work out what can be delivered and devise a deliverable time frame for that. B'twixt the two you'll also need to work out how you are going to deliver.
What people. technology, process, practise . Not necessarily in that order.
OR
Hire a consultancy to work it out for you.A good learning excercise.

regards

I know the question is vague but thats how they asked me, its about project skills.
The technology is of course Java, and probably some kind of system or components of that system that needed to be delivered
Anyone know any online resources regarding project skills and management?

This is a good question and one I'd be happy to answer, but please don't hijack this thread. Please start a new topic.

I didnt mean to hijack this thread, its a interview question so I posted it under the appropriate topic that was available, if I was going to start a topic it would still be interview questions or job interview but since I see there is already a topic available thats why I posted in this thread.

While the topic is generic, realistically, the subject is defined in the first post. Please keep it within those bounds.
