Hi,
i'm writing the datas in a textarea.. suppose, i m writing in paragrarhs as i m writing here and having double spaces between lines.. finally saving the data into a database table..
The thing is whenever i retrieve the data from the table and display the thing in a HTML table, the output is not displayed as i typed.. i mean the single para there and no double spaces between lines.. It comes together and looks odd..
So the objective is.. i want the datas displayed in the HTML table as i typed.. How can i..

Hi,
Try this
Before sending data to another page use java.net.EncodeUrl.encode().
While retrieving java.net.EncodeUrl.deccode()

can u pls give me the exact code.. still it's not clear to me..
I m doing String Text=request.getParameter("Textarea") in another page and inserting the data in the table..
