Let me reiterate my situation now.
The server is a combination of IIS and WebSphere, which means the Http requests will go to IIS first and then be routed to WebSphere.
Is it possible to get UID from IIS?
I've seen some ASP code like:
Request.ServerVariables("LOGON_USER")
I guess "LOGON_USER" is a variable set in IIS. Is that the same thing as UID on my NT box? Does IIS have the similar function like WebSphere for the Basic Authentication?
I am so confused with this topic.
