reloading the frame

Hi,
Iam using two frames in main.html,from the left page jsp iam using response.sendRedirect("main.html") to refresh the page after the processing to reload the same page,but it loading main.html in left frame only, not reloading the main page as it loaded first time

I am not sure if there is any way to specify the target frame along with response.sendRedirect(). Another option is to use javascript
<script language="Javascript">
window.top.location.href="main.html";
</script>
But this has a limitation that since javascripting is client side scripting the initial page will load and then the main.html.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
