Is repatriation a viable option for Indian NRIs seeking software employment?

Given that the current rate of IT outsourcing shows no signs of waning and appears not to be an ephemeral phenomenon, how feasible is it for an Indian NRI like myself to return to the motherland to obtain a software developer position? I am currently completing a MBA/MSISM degree (have a comp. sci and BBA), and wanted to get feedback from other NRIs who might be contemplating the same thing.
Is it possible for me to leverage a Comp. Sci + Business background from the states in India? If so, what approach is best?

Oracle and IBM have been looking for people who know the US to repatriate.
