Hi Iam using prepared statement and statement both with jsp as Iam having lot of data to insert update and delete ..
what is best in these two types of statement and y ..if any link ..pls forward it

A prepared statement has some of the initial overhead for a request already pre-prepared for you, plus it's easier to parameterize, since you don't have to put in escape sequences to handle things like people named "O'Brian" or "D'Souza", so for many servers it will have less overhead.
However for offline bulk-loading, most DBMS's have some sort of utility that will run much faster than doing it in SQL and Java.
