DB Connection Pool from javaexchange

i'm using db connection poolfrom javaexchange.
in everey program i'm using the code,

DbConnectionBroker myBroker = new DbConnectionBroker("oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver",
"jdbc racle:thin:@2.2200.59:1521:rain","scott","train",2,100,"",0.5);
Connection con = null;
Statement st = null;
int thisConnection;
con = myBroker.getConnection();
thisConnection = myBroker.idOfConnection(con);
st = con.createStatement();
ResultSet rs = st.executeQuery("select * from talcourse where ID ='"+e+"'");

it set min connection 2 max connection 100. it means what? everytime it creates 100 objects or what. Oracle8 i using. i don't the maximum connection possible.
