I'd use Struts simply because it has a really nice abstract mechanism for getting the multipart data to your business layer (form files). After that you can use BLOBs to store them in the database. The details are, unfortunately, far too intricate to enumerate here, but that's the basic idea.

Hi Manish,
How are You?
Coming to the topic . I can help u in getting the entire program.
There is a good package called jspsmart , and it contains a class called JspSmartUploading ,that allow the client to upload any file form the local system to a directory on the web server through a JSP ,use it and you will not regret it.
You can download it from www.jspsmart.com.
Hope it helps,
Thanks,
Milan
