Hi,
I have 10 fields in a JSP page. If any field value is changed , I want to track that. But I do not want to have this check at every field level. At the form level I just want to know if any field has been edited/changed/entered. I do not even want which field has been edited. The only event I require is if any one of fields have been changed/value entered/edited.
Is this possible?. Are there any bulitin events ?.
Please help.
Regards,
Kishan

You will probably need to check every field. I am not aware of any built in event that will just do that.

It depends on what these fields are?
Are these somekind of fields in which user enters using a keyboard or does the user select from a list?
Also depends on what you want to do by listening?
For one, I am thinking you could add a listener to every field. That way you are listening to all fields. And since you, "do not even want which field has been edited" you can have a generic implementation of the listener.
regds.
