Does anyone know this book?
MySQL and JSP Web Applications by James Turner
Do you recommend it for starting off?
Thanks!

Doesn't seem like that one has been reviewed in our BunkHouse yet -- the closest title I saw was this: JSP, Servlets, and MySQL.

Thanks - I did see that one (I presume you mean "JSP, Servlets, and MySQL" by David Harms). In general it doesn't seem to have such good reviews as the James Turner book, and takes longer to order in the UK. I'd be pleased to hear from anyone who's come across this one.

I started to read this book ISBN 0-672-32309-5.
I think it is not so bad, maybe good, only one thing I don't like is that the publishing does not provide source code for some of listings, it would save a lot of time. Also I still cannot run a few examples with Tomcat 4.01. (and able to do it with Tomcat 3.2). In fact, that was a reason why I am here.
Where I can get good instructions about Apache -Tomcat 4.01 configuring? I need to make work JSP with java beans.
Thanks.

OK. I defeated java beans in JSP (just copied all package structure to ...\tomcat\classes).
I tried to configure everything to make an application work, but I got a message
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base name com.bfg.cart.Cart, locale en_US
Does it mean that JSP cannot find ResourceBundle during compilation?
