JRUN & XML

Hello,
we developed a product in a Tomcat environment, the prod was working
fine,after that for production server we need deploy,but its JRun.
we actually deployed everything but one single error its coming again
and again in a XML parsing file no idea how to solve,if somebody helps
me in this it will be great for me.
I am getting the following error, actually the following error is come
where the actual XML parsing is done.
500 Internal Server Error

you need to update your parser - it looks like the parser that is provided with your JRun is too old to support some service you are depending. If you have a copy of xerces somewhere I would recommend putting it into the classpath in such a way that it is installed first.
I cant remember how to do this on JRun but I have vague recollections that there were some fundamental changes at some point in how java xml parsers were instantiated by changing the type of factory instantiating for parsers but I could be talking out of my bottom.
Any fixes to problems with XML should usually include installing the parser that was used in your dev env first
