Is it possible to javadoc scriptlets in JSPs?

Not really, because scriptlets are simply blocks of code that get inlined into the _jspService method of the generated Servlet.

you'd have to write your own if you were interested - something that documents normal code would be great though for some projects.
start off by maybe parsing for "/**\n" which is a \ followed by two * and then a new line and dumping everything until the */.
Personally I think you will find it very useful.
