Hi there,
If i use <jsp:usebean ....
Is it correct that a bean will be created if none exist? If so how could i make it such that the bean will not be created if one does not exist or it expires? How do i determine if the session has expired in a jsp?
Another question about exception. How do i catch exception in jsp pages. Thanks
Ras

The answers to these and many more questions can be found in the Servlet and JSP API specifications - a free download from java.sun.com
I guarantee that getting familiar with that documentation will yield big benefits in getting your questions answered faster.
For your exception question, look into the JSP page directive - the "errorPage" and "isErrorPage" attributes.
