If using IE, right click on any non-image portion of the page, then select 'View Suorce'. Should open the output from the JSP page into Notepad or whatever you have selected as your HTML editor.
If you want to do it programmatically, you can use a URLConnection object. The details are a little different if the page is the result of a POST, but it's not very hard for a GET (and not really too hard for a POST).
If you want to do it from a batch file or shell script, there is a program called 'curl' (both Windows and Unix) which might get you what you want.
