Is it KOOL? or just OK types? Are they still laying off? What about H1B sponsership? I have got 5+ years of experience in Java,J2EE, Web Services etc in one of the biggest MNC. Can I get a job there?

I think the market is bad but you can still find a job but not as high paid as you used to.

I think finding a company that will sponsor you will be difficult. Employers don't even want out-of-town applicants because they don't want to pay for the moving expenses.
