What way I could configure Tomcat in order to get support for windows-1250 charset (encoding)?
I have already set
<%@page contentEncoding="text/html; charset=windows-1250"%>
but I'm getting question mark any time I have to dispaly something that was picked out of a form-field and doesn't belong to latin1 charset.

Sorry,
this is correct:
<%@page contentType="text/html; charset=windows-1250"%>

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
