Help needed urgent, unable to get the values , JSP

I have a problem with JSP code, I have a JSP page with more than one button, and some textboxes, and when I click thebutton , it has to open the appropriate page and display some of the parameters from the source page.But in my case it is displaying null.Can someone help me.Here is the code:
