What is the significant difference
include Directive (<%@ ... %>
AND
include Action (<jsp:include /> ?
very urgent....

A directive is evaluated at compile time. The action is evaluated when the request is being processed.
So the directive is used for static items (e.g. copyright notices), the action is used for non static items (e.g. current news reports)
