php-like content mgmt system

+Pie Number of slices to send: Send
Is there any content management system in JSP (or tag lib) that are similar to what PHP can offer? Either free/open source or commercial. Or does anyone know a directory of such information.
In particular, I am looking for the following features:
- allow me to post website news on a regular basis
- allow visitors to comment/discuss each news item
- allow visitors to leave feedback
- allow me to play with the website layout in a modular style
- allow me to put polls on website

any suggestions welcome!
thanks

There is also Cofax, never used it but you might want to have a look at it.

Take a look at Wiki clones, too. JSPWiki.org seems to be a very niclely written one. It's not a PHP content management clone, so it may not fit your needs at all, but it's a fascinating way to let anybody edit anything at any time.

You can try http://www.opencms.org
It's a content management system like php-nuke or something like that, but it's java based.

thanks for the links, folks. i need a little help to choose which one fit my need. my website is hosted by an ISP. they run tomcat but not jboss. I have ftp and telnet access to my account. but I don't have access to JVM. it is shared. I have MySQL. I hope the system can still work with GoLive for visual editing of the website.
what you guys are suggesting seem pretty heavy and requires full administrative access, is that right? so far, the closest match are jbossNuke, and CoFax. but JBossNuke is out because my isp doesn't have jboss. Anyone has experience with CoFax?
million thanks

Heh, well if you want to wait a few months I'm currently in the middle of developing my own portal/cms/community blogger thingy that doesn't use jboss All jsp/servlets/java/jdbc.

thanks for the offer, Phil. I am hopeing to get soemthing going soon. my site is currently limited because I don't have a scalable way to publish content and news. although I could pull piece of components from various source, but I perfer to have a all-in-one package that I can use.
Is PHP-Nuke what most people use for content publishing? I know most website use PHP, but it is hard to tell what engine behind it. I really want a JSP solution instead because I am more familiar with JSP (or I should say I don't know any PHP). and I can build my custome tool with JSP.
I will keep looking. And if anyone has better suggestion, please inform.

Ben,
I setup a few websites for news publishing using "pmachine" (www.pmachine.com), in my opinion it is an excellent tool. It had all I needed plus more. I was in a predicament, where the site had to go live in 2 weeks and quick decisions had to be made, I do not at all regret choosing pmahcine, btw, this is a PHP tool. Their claim is you do not need to know any PHP to get going and I agree unless you want to start making major changes to the functionality.
