What games have been used at your job? I don't mean things like fooseball, or betting pools, but rather "team building" type games, or exercises where people think about corporate strategy. I'd like to hear what you did, how it worked, and what people thought of it.
Thanks.

This year we did a scavenger hunt as our team building activity. They split systems development into groups of about 15 (we have almost 100 people.) We had to find items and solve puzzles.
Last year, we built a tower out of cardboard moving boxes and filled in charts about our coworkers. Both years, the activities were a lot of fun.

We did a team-building day where the official exercises included problem solving and some interesting lose-lose exercises where trying to hurt other teams ended out hurting you more. Then we sat through management lectures and played Buzzword-bingo. I won
and we have a foosball table, used only by developers and not by the management consultants or administration
