Does anyone have any idea about ISB(Indian School Of Business), Hyderabad,India?
How is the oppertunity after doing MBA from this school? I think Indians
should have more knowledge about ISB?
This school offers 1 year full time MBA programme while most colleges in india offers 2 years full time MBA programme.Which one is better? 1 Year or 2 year MBA?
This school is affiliated with LSB,Wharton and Kellogg school. After graduating , the degree certificate will be signed by respective deans of all this three schools. How much would be the credential of this certificate which would be signed by other schools but not studied in those school?
Any information will be helpful to me.
Thanks

My couple of friends passed out from there and I can tell you few points:
1) Fees is on a higher side, around 12 lacs for a year.
2) Its offers 1 year course, so may be good or bad (the way you wanna see it).
3) They prefer people with 5-6+ years of experience.
4) Study is very much different from IIM's, emphasises more on Managerial skills and bookish study is less.
5) GD's, Presentations, soft skills, interaction with quality visiting faculty from world's top B-Schools -- among its main features.
6) The founder of this college are trying hard to make this institute better than IIM-A. (An ex-Mckinsey MD is trying hard for it)
7) Jobs are good, one of my friend get into Gillette and another in Patni, with package (comparable with IIM's grad).
8) Have heard that getting into this college is a *bit easy, due to lack of popularity compared to IIM's.
For more info you can raise your query at http:\\www.pagalguy.com website. there are many forums\threads over ISB.
Hope that helped.

Oh sure, it's a tiny ad, but under the right circumstances, it gets bigger.
