Since my last question couldn't be answered, how about this: I'm trying to resolve an issue. The way the bean is designed by another company prevents us from being able to reuse the bean for any other application that uses it as well. The scope is set to session; anything else either doesn't work or doesn't work properly.
<jsp:useBean id="xxxxx" class="com.sas.servlet.beans.xxxxx.html.xxxxx"
scope="session" >
I would like to be able to copy the bean dynamically if that is possible. Granted, that will cause it to have to be compiled, but it would then allow several applications to come up at the same time without us having to close out the parent process first. We currently use javaScript to dynamically build the page through the jsp. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks very much.
