<html>
<head>
<link href="<html:rewrite page="/pages/style/default.css" />" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
<title><bean:message key="title.usuario.usuarioform"/></title>
</head>
<body>
<c:choose>
<c:when test="${usuarioForm.map.methodToCall == 'insert'}">
<h1><bean:message key="title.usuario.insert"/></h1>
</c:when>
<c therwise>
<h1><bean:message key="title.usuario.update"/></h1>
</c therwise>
</c:choose>
