doPost or doGet

Is sendderict and jsp:forward happens by doPost or doGet

Since redirect uses just a URL, it has to be doGet - forward uses the existing request which already has a GET or POST method assigned to it.
See javax.servlet.HttpServletRequest.getMethod()
