a long article on outsourcing. Particularly annoying is this page
about Management Consultant justifying outsourcing:-

Won't it be sweet when Management Consultancy is outsourced.....

Hi,
What is so wrong about the article? Everyone know outsource is the tool, if anyone do not wake up and work wiser, he/she will face the consequences. In the article, that particular company faces a dysfunctional environment, a systematic irresponsible, they deserve what coming down to them.
It is a private company; therefore, the CEO has full authority. If it is the public company, you will see the offended CEO, the one that allows such dysfunctional environment occur, will face discipline and not all the jobs will go overseas because union also have a voice in it.
Regards,
MCao
P.S. I hate the line: "this country is full of ... always find ways to ..." It is so cliche no self-intelligent behind it.
