Hello!
There's probably an incredible simple solution to this, but I've searched all over sun's site and this site and can't seem to find the answer.
I've got a jsp site which is internationalized using property files, and it works well. I just wonder how I can make certain parts of the text I get from the prop file bold?
Thanks in advance!
Trond.

you mean have the properties file decide whether something should be bold or not?
There are 3 options:
Either include the HTML tags to be used in the properties file (ugly as sin, but common), include the CSS classnames to be used in the properties file and set the class in the same way you do the text, or set a conditional property and include HTML to render as bold only when that has a certain value.
Personally I think I'd choose the second option. It's cleaner than the first and less coding than the last.
