Hi,
Does anybody know of a good website where it shows how to configure J2EE environment for building JSP's and EJB's and also the requirement that are needed apart from J2EE for building JSP's.

Yours is a very broad question. Can you explain what web container & application server you might be using. Based on that it will be easier to figureout the links for the documentation.
If you have not selected any yet following are reasonable candidates:
Open Source: JBoss, Tomcat.
IDE: Eclipse, JBuilder.
Commercial app servers: WebLogic, WebSphere.
Web Frameworks: Struts, Tapestry, Spring
EJB generators: TopLink.
Other needed knowledge: XML, Ant, JUnit, JMeter, Cactus, Hibernate.
As I said the question is very broad. If you specify the tools u have selected, it can answered easier.

Following are the tools i am using

Webserver: Tomcat
IDE: Eclipse
App Server:None
Web Framework i have Struts
I have everything installed but i dont know the order with which i shoud start configuring.

You can use Struts related resources from apache.
Also a book like "struts Survival Guide" by Sreekanth Shenoy will help.
You will not go wrong with Tomcat as a web container.
