Hello Ranchies,

Is it possible to create a proxy server using JSP?

The company in which i am working has got a firewall installed which blocks webpages with different categories like "Entertainment", "Free Software Downloads", "Greeting Cards", etc.

I have a domain with java and Servlet/JSP engine. Its not filtered by my firewall.

Now I want to access the blocked pages through my domain/webpage. I can specify the website name as a parameter in my GET or POST request.

Does anybody know how to do it?

Thanks,
Ashish Agrawal.

Here's some servlet code that gets a webpage url and a refresh interval as parameters from a HTTP POST and displays the page at the url you specified. It should be easy to modify to do what you want. Have fun.
