hi...

i have a project to make helpdesk application through jsp....customers queries have to be arranged on a page in order..each time a query is logged it must append the previous one and must be displayed....how this view can be generated through jsp....???

Well, you need to keep track of the previous messages.
Have an unique message_id for each new query & pass it along when you respond or when the customer replies back.
I've seen isntances, where the mesg id is send as part of the subject & they dont allow u to change the subject , which is also fine.
Else, use the message id as a hidden field, so that u dont miss it even when the user changes the subject.

Guess this is not tuf to implement.
