Hi ,
Thanks to your suggestions.
I will not ask less than 5.5. By the way my current location is Hyderabad so 2.82 is not bad and I am waiting for the apprisal in my current company(I have completed 1 year in the company).
In Hyderabad 2.82 means , it is equal to 3.82 in bangalore. I will be asking atleast 30% increment on 3.82 and I have to say to them(IBM) , I am waiting for apprisal in my current company.
Once again thanks for all the replies.
Regards,
Murali
