No. Better read some tutorial/book.
There is a servlet/JSP free book at theserverside.com. Try it out.

There have actually been a lot of converstations on this site about the difference between the two.

Use the search tool from both 'Servlets' and 'JSP' and type in 'GET POST'.
You'll find a lot of discussions, some of them are very long and in depth.
