Server caught unhandled exception from servlet

Dear,
I have the following exception just occur occassionally. This error occurs when I press a link to popup a page , but when observing this error occurs, I press the link again, it will be back up normal without any error. Can anyone help me to solve this problem and give me some suggestion

What application server are you running?

It looks like it is only JSP 1.0 compliant... maybe you are trying to run modern code on an outdated appserver?

Is the error.jsp page one of yours? If it is, you may try wrapping the page in a try/catch to try and narrow down the error.
