Hi All,

I have decided to do the job change and relocate to Pune in India from Mumbai. I have 5 years of work experience and currently getting 5.5 per year.

I have short listed following companies where I would like to work for:
IBM
EDS
Wipro
INFY
Kanbay
Software AG
SAS
Persistance
HSBC
Cognizant.

How much the Pay hike I should ask for for Pune.

Thanks

Ajit

you may like to add "Geometric", "Mphasis", "Veritas" and "TCS" in the list.

%age hike will vary from company to company.
