Computer Science VS Information System

I am doing Year 12 now, I am going to university the next year, so my desired course is about computer, is computer science better than information system? especially in Australia, and my certs are scjp and scjd, i am going to take scwcd recently. which one has the higher salary?

just do both degree, do a double major

but they only have IS/Commerce Computer Science/Commerce they don't have a combined course with two computer course

While I can only speak for my experience of U.K. university, if you have already done SCJD then you have exceeded the programming level of an Information Systems degree in this country. There is a lot of useful stuff on software development process and the wider framework into which programming fits, but as a programmer you will be bored out of your skull. I felt that I.S. was like a taster programme; a little bit of this, a little bit of that...
