hi all

i am new to JSP.i want to upload files to a web server using JSP and File Transfer Protocol(FTP).

My Problem is that i am not able to upload the files from other computers.I am only able to upload from the server to itself(a specified directory).
And even for that uploading i didn't use FTP.

i am using BEA weblogic server.

Can anyone give some info on how to upload files in JSP through FTP

Direction will be greatly appreciated

"nvamshikrishna",

We're pleased to have you here with us on the Ranch, but there are a few rules that need to be followed, and one is that proper names are required. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it.

In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious.

Thanks!
