I'm saving my JSP programs in Apache Tomcat Server(Under Root Directory). While i'm running JSp in my web browser(Internet Explorer), it is showing "HTTP 500:Internal Server Error" . Please tell me How to Rectify this Error.

What is the directory structure of your app?
Start from TOMCAT_HOME/webapps

Make sure you have your Tomcat Server running. Error 500 is received when you try to access a resource on an AppServer and it may be down.
