Deloitte vs IBM Global service Pune

Hi All,

I got offer from both of this company,IBM pune is giving 3000 p m more then MASTEK-DC Deloitte mumbai,but from career point of view which one is good.
I am settled in Mumbai, can anyone advice about the work culture of both organisation.

But I ll be glad if you just give me some reasons that why you think so,If it is apart from salary.In india IBM is much bigger that deloitte, but I guess in US , deloitte is equally established.

Congratulations for having offer! My $0.02.. Join IBM ! IBM has a better name than Deloitte and their client's projects will provide you more exposure to technology and improve your market value in long term. Deloitte may pay you well in short term but long term you need a better stability of your career.
