Dear All,

I'm working as a Java technical trainer in one of the top 10 IT companies. I'm in this field last more than 3 yrs. I really got bore with this and I think I need a shift. I'm interested to shift as a developer or tester. Frankly I have no much handson exp.

I heard from few of my frieds, companies won't consider technical trainess as developers/testers. How far it's true? I have very much confident in development/testing. I can learn fastly. Also I didn't find much growth as a trainer. If not developer/tester what else position I can choose otherthan trainer?

Need ur valuable suggestions in this regard.
