Hello All,

We have one webased application developed using microsoft platform. Front is developed using JSP and most of business logic is coded using com objects.

Now we have to re-engineer this complete application using J2Ee platform. We are planning to use JSF as frontend, Spring as middle layer and Hibernate as data access layer.

on the top of it, the requirement is to re-engineer application module by module. So at a given point of time site has asp pages also as well as jsf pages also.

The routing from asp to jsp has to be tranperent to the end user. As well as no saperate login required for j2ee application. So both of this application has to share a same session.

We are planning to provide some sort of plug-in in asp and j2ee for all mofules. When all modules are ready in j2ee we can easily remove this plugin in one step.

With all these set of requirements we are not able to reach to any perticular decision about the architecture of application, tools that we need to use in this aaplication.

If anyone can put focus on any of these points then we are really greatful.

Thanks in advance!
