Hi,
use import tag of JSP Standard Tag library (JSTL)...
if you are using tomcat5, then you need to copy jstl.jar and standard.jar from webapps/jsp-examples/WEB-INF/lib directory of your tomcat home to WEB-INF/lib of your application...
after that use taglib tag in your jsp where you need to include the file...
<%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %>

now use import tag
<c:import url="http://localhost:8080/servlets-examples/index.html" />

hope this helps,
