Not very sure about J2EE projects, however one of my friend working in PCS has told me horific tales about how PCS is careless about employess. Their HR, middle management sucks big time. My friend who left PCS had openly criticized his manager on last day.

But I have heard that they send lot of professionals abroad after these initial 2 years. Is that still valid?

I have alos heard that PCS sucks in term of technical strength & work culure.

Two of my friends who are working in PCS on J2EE got onsite opportunity within one year. They told the company is ok, if you need info probably I can mail them and get the info.
