Hi,

I want to know are there any tutorial on Expression Language. Are people using the EL in Projects.

How is it useful?

1) The JSP 2.0 Specification is the best resource for the EL.

2) Yes, I no longer use any scriptlets or scriplet expression on JSP pages.

3) It can vastly simplify JSP pages, and its "limitations" help ensure that you're not doing anything on page that you really shouldn't be.

I am reading "Beginning JavaServer Pages" by Chopra etc. Seems to be very good. Digital version cost $26 on amazon.
