How's job market and career opportunities in CRM(I think it's Customer Relations Management)?

I am Java software Developer. What course I have to take to become CRM?

Is Java market better or CRM?

I heard from someone that as a CRM you can have virtual office and can do work from home. Is that in CRM application or as Customer Relations Management?

What kind of work involved in CRM application and as Customer relation mangement? I mean what is difference in both jobs?
