Im comming out of highschool and i ask advice of weather to take an OPA course and get a certificate right away... or should i be doing something else.. i live in canada. this is the program i am looking at.

Oracle Course

now is this best for someone comming right out of highschool?
the price is not really a factor. would i be better off obtaining a diploma of some sort first?
