JSP is a J2EE web tier server-side technology. There is nothing like .exe kind of thing.

Why you want an exe, when you can run the JSP/web application from anywhere internet. Just open the browser and write the URL and there you are.

Are you getting me.

Well, if that other person is connected to your local network then you can just give him/her the URL of your application say,

212.15.64.219:8080/my-application/

Otherwise, you need to upload your application on some host provided by some hosting company or you need a live ip for your server.

You need a application server to run the JSPs. JSPs are not stand alone applications which could run by using java exe. The can't be executed by double-clicking. JSP file live inside of a web container. If you are planning to distrribute your JSP files create web application i.e. WAR file. The user must then deploy the WAR file to a web container such as TOMCAT to get it working.
