Hi Guys,

Just wondering if any of you have heard the name of Cybage, Pune. Its a product based company having a headcount of 700. My friend got an offer and wanted to know whther are ther any onsite opportunies with the company, as this is a product based comnpany. What I heard abt them is they have onsite as well as Offshore development centre.
If any of you guys have any idea about how is this company, I mean in terms of work and onsite assignments. Do update me at the earliest.

Leena,

Thanks a lot. But what do you think if they want the resource they will surely say yes even if they send some people onsite.

Thanks,

Rahul, If it is so important to you, make them clear that I am expecting 'this' from the company. I will be very much interested in such an opportunity.

Find some friend or friends friend in the company and try to get info like if they are really sending people abroad.

You surely do not want to miss it if there is an opportunity in 3 months time but not as soon as you join!

Just focus on what you want. Tell your employers what you are expecting. What will motivate you. If they do not have an onsite opportunity, no one will change the ways they operate their business and send you abroad. Not even your current employer. Things take time. Relax!

make yourself heard. Don't panic.
All the best!

Leena

Rahul,

Saw this in their website under FAQs. Dont know whether you saw it or not.

10. What are the opportunities to go abroad?

We are primarily into offshore development. However, some projects do have short-term onsite requirements for varied durations. Posting outside India is purely based on business requirements.

Hi,
Cybage is one of the best companies as regards to work culture. Cybage has excellent J2EE projects with latest technologies. Cybage has short term onsite appointments. How ever It has also sent 6 guys this year on H1B. Short term assignments are many. Cybage now has 4 US offices.

Hope this helps.
Ashutosh
p.s.: I am associated with Cybage for over 4 years. Went abroad 4 times till now..
