I remember hearing at a talk on J2EE that some version of JSPs would support taglibs defined as JSP pages instead of Java classes. This was too facilitate taglibs that were mostly presentation based.

It wasn't jsp includes, but might have been .jspf files. Does anyone know whether there is a feature like this besides jspf (JSP fragments) ?
