jsp:include not working

Hello to everyone. I have a jsp page that used to include an iframe. I have since replaced it with thw following:

When I try accessing the jsp page, I get a blanck page. Also, I am receiving an error saying that the value attribute of jsp aram is not recognized. (JSP 1.1 is used here). Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Why are you using such an old version of JSP?

Use JSP 2.0 use Tomcat 5.5,

use EL to solve the problem...
