Problem with displaying output  RSS feed

Hi Guys,
I want to display the jsp output into txt file.i tried using response.setcontentype("plain/text") but the output is not displying in the txt file
any suggestions?

You want to store JSP output in a text file or you want to display as plain text in browser?

I think you want to open a text editor application upon arrival of response. Or in simple words we can say that you want the response to be opened in a text editor. right??

yeah i want to display the response in the text file(notepad) not on the browser..

Try to set content-type to "application/notepad"
